Money supermarket.com have proved themselves to be canny purchasers and have taken 12,000 sq ft in one of the West End’s most exciting developments, 20 Rathbone Place, W1.
The successful group’s new Noho HQ is due to open in February and they join other household names, Sony and Havas, leaving only one floor available. Monmouth Dean partner, Rhys Evans commented “we’re delighted that the building is letting quicker than its competition and will be full within six months of being refurbished”. He added “it’s a perfect example of what can happen when you make sure the quality and design of finishes is exactly what the market wants”.
