Student Castle, a leading providers of student housing in the UK and the developers of a 37 storey accommodation tower in Manchester, asked Monmouth Dean to help relocate them to new premises within Soho. Whilst they loved the area and didn’t want to move far, their existing space was no longer suitable for their needs.
Using this brief, we were delighted to identify stunning new premises in D’Arblay House on D’Arblay Street, approximately a one minute walk from their former building on Great Marlborough Street.
