On behalf of the existing tenant, Monmouth Dean were recently appointed to advise on how to enable the tenant to downsize and offset their rental liability on their existing office. They had a 9 year term remaining.Monmouth Dean advised that the rent they were paying was less than that the levels we could achieve. Within 2 weeks of marketing and we went under offer to a very good tenant who has agreed to pay a record rental level in the building. The deal will enable our client to make a profit rent to cover their costs, fit out and dilapidations liability.
